Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to GS Film Minds courses and educational programs unless different terms are clearly stated for a specific event or program.

Course cancellations by participants

• Cancel at least 7 days before the first class — full refund.
• Cancel less than 7 days but at least 48 hours before the first class — 50% refund.
• Cancel less than 48 hours before the first class or after the course begins — no refund.
• Missed classes are not refunded separately.

If GS Film Minds cancels a course

If GS Film Minds cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund of the course fee paid.

How to request a cancellation or refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact GS Film Minds through the Contact page or email info@gsfilmminds.com. The date the cancellation request is received will be used to determine the applicable refund.

These terms do not limit any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable Manitoba law.
