These Terms of Service apply to GS Film Minds courses, workshops, screenings, events, gift certificates, and other services offered through this website.

Registration and participation

Registration requirements may vary by course, event, or program. Where an application is required, submitting an application does not automatically confirm a place. A place is confirmed only after GS Film Minds provides confirmation and any required payment has been completed.

Course information

GS Film Minds may provide programs online, in person, or in a hybrid format. Dates, locations, instructors, schedules, and program details will be communicated on the relevant page or directly to registered participants. Reasonable changes may be made when necessary, and participants will be informed of material changes.

Payments

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Any applicable payment instructions will be provided during registration or purchase.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the GS Film Minds Refund Policy and any additional terms clearly stated for a specific course, event, or program.

Participant conduct

Participants are expected to treat instructors and other participants respectfully and to contribute to a safe and constructive learning environment. GS Film Minds may address conduct that seriously disrupts a course, event, or the participation of others.

Course materials and recordings

Unless permission is given, course materials provided by GS Film Minds are for the participant’s personal educational use. Participants may not record sessions or reproduce or distribute course materials without permission.

Intellectual property of participants

Participants retain ownership of their own original ideas, scripts, stories, and other creative work shared or developed during a GS Film Minds program.
